Curtis offers training seminars to its customers, their third-party service personnel and all other service personnel working in foodservice. Training seminars are a team effort and conducted according to the following guidelines and requirements:

OFF-SITE TRAINING • Off-site training seminars are usually conducted at a hotel conference room. The hotel should be centrally located but should NOT be in a central city location.
• A minimum of 10 participants but no more than 18 must be registered and committed to attend. This ensures effective training.

ON-SITE TRAINING • On-site training seminars can be conducted at the customer's facility within a conference room or training center. Such seminars can only be conducted if other training seminars are scheduled in the immediate vicinity.
• A minimum of 10 participants but no more than 18 should be registered and committed to attend. This ensures effective training.

TRAINING SEMINAR REQUIREMENTS • Reservations must be made at least two months in advance.
• Your local Curtis Representative must send written invitations to all prospective participants.
• Prospective participants must confirm 4 weeks prior to the training seminar and a completed list must be compiled and sent to the Director of Technical Training at Curtis.
• Training seminars include G3 Digital Technology Training & Course Test, followed by Programming Training.
• Phone calls and appointments are allowed during breaks ONLY.
• Requests for Course Materials must be submitted via e-mail. No verbal requests are allowed.
• Participants names and organizations must be spelled correctly and clearly when submitting a request.
• Curtis provides all training materials needed during the training seminar (G3 programming guides, tests, etc….).
• A sample kit for diagnostic training is provided which includes Boards, Triac, Membranes, etc.
• Your local Curtis Representative must be present during the entire training seminar.
• We reserve the right to cancel the training seminar if all requirements are not met four weeks prior to the seminar date.
